look at 7500-7510, Calif,(bless their LIBERAL hearts) has one of the most debtor UNfriendly repo laws in the nation. You may be charged with "HIDING collateral". One of two states that do that, to my knowledge. You should seek an attorney NOW. Trespassing??? NO, she was there for a LAWFUL purpose. One reason, to repo a car. Trespassing is when yuu are there for illegal reasons. Like I said, call an attorney NOW.

Blocking your driveway sound to me a Breach of Peace.Once you get your car inside your garage and close the garage door, Repo people are not allowed to go in without permission.I would have drove off and came back later on and immidiatlely put my car in the garage.. It took them a year to repo your car??hmmmmm
Repomen and Creditor cannot arrest you or threaten to arrest you,its illegal only a court order violation to surrender your car "Right to Cure" after 20 days might get you in hot water legally. Only officer of the Law can make an arrest

That was tricky, blocking your drive way to prevent you from driving your car in the Garage then calling the Police to get you arrested for pinning her down inside your own garage? Apparently they'd used this trick before and the police fell for it. You could have told the Police that they were threatening you with physical violence and you were afraid for your life and all you could think of to avoid them was to drive the car inside your own garage and hoping they'll leave you alone once you're inside.The Court may drop the charges against you.
Regardless of what happened.. they breach the peace and now they cannot collect any deficiency money from you after they sell the car, but... you need a consumer Lawyer to fight for your right!!!
