While there are a few modeling agencies in South Jersey, I would recommend going into Philadelphia to meet reputable people. I am a working actor and work with The Reinhard Agency on Arch Street, also Expressions Models and Talent. There are others but these are the agencies I have experience working with and they are honest. Not to disparage any other agency but I would start with these two. Also see casting directors Mike Lemon and Diane Heery, and Cathy Wickline handles non-union work and is terrific. They all have separate casting companies and have open call days when you could go in and be seen. Take a good headshot with you, that's your 8 X 10. That is your calling card in the industry and should have a resume on the back listing your personal stats and any experience. Hope this helps and good luck!
