Answer:

Each hotel is different. First check at the desk of the hotel when you arrive and ask if the gratuities are included in your bill. If not then it's 15 percent of the bill if being served dinner in your room or dinner in the hotel itself. Use your own discretion when tipping someone who carries your bags and gets you settled in your room or maid service.
