Webkinz is always good. You have to go to a store and buy a Webkinz stuffed animal and it will have a tag on it that gives you a code that you enter in at the Webkinz site.

Club Penguin is a safe and fun online game to play. On Club Penguin if you do not want your child to have direct conversations with other users on CP you have the option.

I think those are the best.
