Well there are plenty of ways you can tell if a guy likes for instance if he randomly starts flirting with you, he throw hints that he likes you, always ask you to hang out with him, and always shows off around you for example shows you his muscles, talks about his self and what he does like plays sports, lift weights, talks about his 6 pack and many more so look for the signs and you can tell trust me i would know I'm a guy

If a girl likes you..she'll try to be around you a lot but if you get close to her she'll get scared and run away. She will glance at you a lot but will try not to make it seem obvious. If a girl likes you she'll also be very quiet around you I suppose. Sorry I'm not much help heh.
