If he doesn't like you, he'll either ignore or even avoid you. If you talk to him he'll answer if he's polite, but he'll keep his answers as short as possible. His way of speaking will also be saying "leave me alone" everywhere.
Don't confuse that with guys who don't know what to talk about with you because they're shy and like you, which makes them nervous around you ;) If he doesn't like you, he won't be nervous, he'll only try to avoid conversations with you.
