some v-ball work out tips are lunges, squats, and other leg strengthenings. you also need arm and hip rotation. so for the arm, bicep curls and pushups, and for the hips; stretches, crunches, and plank.
Also, jump as high as you can 20 times. Alternate that with stretching your calves and legs in general. Do pull ups or just hang with your arms flexed from a pull up bar, jungle gym, etc.
