2. Make the birthday girl/boy make you a birthday wishlist. Pick a few small things or one big thing to get him. A few small things might be a pack of crayons, a Diary of a Wimpy Kid book, and a Webkinz. A big thing might be an Xbox game or a drum set.
3. Ask her/him if she/he has a collection. If yes, get something to do with the collection. If the collection is Silly Bands, get him a new pack of silly bands and a special Silly Bands container.
4. If you want to get something for an adult who insists you get nothing, look for something they need. Maybe a new purse or a new feather duster. Adults appreciate anything.
5. Reccomend that the birthday girl/boy ask for gifts for shelter animals. Not only will it be a lot easier to get him/her a gift, the birthday person will be helping poor little animals in need.
6. Be creative! Make something. Maybe you can create a decorated picture frame or a mug with their name painted on.
