Intergovernmental Organizations is one entity that interacts with the multinational forces to ensure unified actions. However, there are a few others out there, but the intergovernmental organization is the largest one.
Reflection
The reflection of wave happens due to the echoes bouncing off the organs to reflect an image of the electrical impulses made.
an interaction is when you play an instrument. your mechanical energy can be turned into sound energy when you play. another one is when you use electric energy to power a fan or bulb. the electric energy will turn to heat and light.(this is for the bulb)
Reflection and absorption...most likely a combination of the two. In reflection the wave bounces back off the barrier and, depending on the incident wave and how it matches in phase with the reflected wave, the reflected wave could be enhanced through constructive interference with the incident wave or degraded through destructive interference. In absorption, the energy from the incident wave is taken into the barrier material. This typically causes the barrier to vibrate indicating the energy it absorbed. A barrier is more likely to absorb the energy when its natural frequency is some harmonic of the incident wave.
That depends on what energy the interaction particle was at. For example if say you had a gamma at 14MeV and you got an alpha of 2MeV, now you up the energy of the gamma to 15MeV for the same reaction the alpha would have a kinetic energy (velocity) of about 3MeV. -Regards

example of how to interaction with other children
A multinational company operates in multiple countries. Probably the best example of a multinational corporation is Coca-Cola which sells its product in almost every country across the globe.

NATO Doctrine
accounting entities are for example a business do not get these mixed up with legal enities
A multinational business is a global business. These businesses do work in their home country as well as in other countries.
Pretty much most big corporations now are multinational for example IBM Microsoft, GM Ford
Multinational companies play an important economic role in developing countries. One example is the ability of multinational companies to fill a country's trade gap by providing an influx of foreign capital.
Example of law interaction
Multinational corporations own or control production or service facilities in multiple countries outside of their home country. Most large companies, such as Coca-Cola, Dunkin' Donuts, General Motors, etc., are multinational.
