Chest exercises and over the head with your arms type of exercises may help some, but nothing short of surgery will make them stand up like they did when you were younger/before you had kids. Which ever the reason is for you. Here are more opinions and answers from other FAQ Farmers: * I'm pretty sure any pectoral muscle exercises gives them more definition, but they essentially are fatty tissue. * Try taking 10lb weights in each hand. (10 might be a bit much to start with. whatever seems comfortably difficult). Spread your arms and bend them so your forearms are perpendicular to the ground and your upper arms are parallel with it. Bring your hands together using your whole arm. Then you move your arms together so your elbows touch. Do lots of reps until it's a little firmer in the area above and beside your breasts then you can move up in weight. When I say a lot of reps, I mean a lot. You're gonna be real sore the day after you do it, so don't be alarmed. * Your breasts themselves have no muscle tissue so you cannot firm them up but if you do exercises to firm up the supporting pectoral muscles you can give them support from behind. * Push-ups are a main exercises in my routine. The tend to keep my breasts perky. So yeah, push-ups.

These are very good guidelines, but another option to use besides free weights or dumb bells is the use of resistance bands. Stretchy bands that can tone and strengthen the muscles behind the adipose breast tissue. They work very well with less chance of injury to muscles, and in as little as 10 minutes a day, you can strengthen and tone your upper body.

You could also try these methods ,each one scientifically proven

1: Putting on some weight

2: Massaging the breast into lactation.

3: Sit down imagine them growing and feel them becoming bigger .

(This effect has been proven)

4: Hormone therapies

5: Surgery

6: Getting pregnant.

Since the breasts are actually fatty tissue and mammary glands, and not muscle, you cannot strengthen the breasts. But you can strengthen the chest muscles surrounding the breasts, which may (or may not) help the breasts to seem bettter developed. But for this to be even slightly effective would require hours and hours of exercise every week, and then there are still only very minimal changes in the appearance of the breasts.

The exercises used to enhance breast size are workouts that involve the upper body. These would be activities such as: Pushups, Bench Pressing, and any other workouts that require the usage of chest muscles.

Bodybuilding dot com has an extensive database with all sorts of breast muscle (lats, chest) exercises. If you're a rookie to muscle exercise it would be best advised you take it slowly and start with lighter weights and less reps.

Bigger breasts tend to look disgusting and not proportional. They tend to look fatty, not round, and tend to get in the way. Smaller breasts are tend to be sexier and more proportional to the female they belong to. big breasts could sometimes tend to reveal easily so small are better i have big breasts; size 3d. big breasts are nice, but do get in the way. what you want is not too small, but not too big. what you're looking for is around b-c. d is'nt all bad, it gives you something to suck on when you're horny ;) As a guy I prefer big breasts but not huge breasts. For me it is something extra to play with before and during sex. However remember that there is a woman attached to those breasts so do not ignore her.
