The Catholic Church is the only Christian Church founded by Our Blessed Lord who sent the Holy Spirit to guide it "into all truth" and preserve It until the end of the world. Our Blessed Lord guaranteed it, saying that there would be ONE fold, and ONE shepherd. He appointed St. Peter as its first head (Matt 16:18) and His Vicar. All other Christian "churches" were founded by individuals centuries later in opposite of one or more teachings of Christ with which they disagreed. It is the Mystical Body of Christ and His Bride.
