What are some famous foods from Norway?

I don't know about famous foods but one of my favourite Norwegian foods is gjetost it's a whey based cheese which looks like a large block of caramel. It's sweet and nutty and is easily sliced using one of those scandinavian cheese planes. Thin slices on buttered rye bread with lingonberry conserve on top and a cup of strong black coffee for breakfast. Superb!
