If I was writing goals/objectives for a computer class I might write; The student will be able to do a internet search for a topic of their choice and find three sites that pertain to that topic and give the web address. The student will be about to open a word document, write a page, save it, and print the document. The student will be able create a budget using a word template. The student will be able to receive and send an email message. In each one of these you have measurable objectives and can observe if the student understands the computer and the concepts of what you are teaching.
