Here are some artists and songs:
-From the genre pop we have:
Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas, Fergie, Rihanna, and Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus's older songs like Fly on The wall. Also, Britney Spears's newer songs as well as Beyonce's Halo is a good song for alto voices. Moreover, Pink's Sober and Jordin Sparks No Air are great songs.
-Some of the older songs are good too like:
I Never Promised You A Rose Garden, San Antonio Stroll and also Johnny Cash's songs are fun.
-From the genre country we have:
Taylor Swift (which is pretty easy), SugardLand, a few from Carrie Underwood, and some songs from guys are pretty cool for a girl to sing. Be careful with country though.
I really suggest put a girlie edge to a guy song.

∙ 13y agoWell, Anni-frid & Agnetha from ABBA are (mezzo) Soprano and Alto, respectively, so you could take one of the ABBA songs which are rather quirky (early albums) like Sitting In A Palm Tree or King Kong Song (both off Waterloo), or explore some more of the ABBA non-hits and turn them quirky yourself....anyway, have fun and those songs are in the vocals you're looking for. btw, Bjorn in ABBA sang some of the more off-beat songs, so you could easily use some of those as well.
