What are some good world peace laws?

This is seemingly and entirely unable to happen. There aren't any good world peace laws and as the general decline of self-control continues their will never be a way to change that. Humans are animals and animals do things completely to their nature even if some consider them wrong. Everything will continue to happen this way for the rest of our days and those who follow us and as a result of our doings they will adapt, learn, try to change, or just stop completely and die-off. Peace is not the answer, harmony is not the answer, their is no answer there-fore we must put our knowledge to better use instead of worrying about peace that will never happen.

1. War is illegal. Duly Elected usurped or appointed leaders will be held responsible for any acts of war and prosecuted in an international court. All individuals participating in war acts will also be held responsible.

2. People of any country area have the right to define laws for that region. (Provided the majority of people within its borders agree.) No country may violate human rights. (Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness)

3. Emigration is the right of all individuals.

4. Right to cession. All International borders are to be defined and guaranteed by the international community. Although mutually agreed upon cession is a right.
