What are some high-protein vegan foods?

[Edit]
Since vegans don't eat cheese, try nuts and beans. They all have a high amount of protein and beans also have high fiber.

Soy is the first thing that comes to my mind. Tofu, seitan, tempeh (soy has more protein than grain) and soy flour are a few examples.

Dairy products are not considered "vegan" because they originate for animal sources.

Read the beginning of "Diet for a Small Planet" for information on mixing and balancing plant based foods to obtain optimal protein absorption.

Whole grains also have a significant amount of protein.
