All the shuttles:
Enterprise (Not Flown into space)
Columbia
Challenger
Discovery
Atlantis
Endeavor
Some famous space shuttles include Discovery, Atlantis, Endeavour, Challenger, and Columbia.
they only built one and it only made one unmanned flight, then they retired it reason unknown.
space shuttles
They have been decommissioned- they are obsolete, so to speak. Some are scheduled to go to space museums.
Scientists are still exploring exactly what can be done in outer space and how we can do it, so mostly the space shuttles and space stations have been used for research about weightlessness, vacuum, and other aspects of being in outer space. Space certainly has some very solid practical applications already, such as communications satellites and global positioning satellites, and one of the functions of space shuttles has been to put satellites in their orbits (although there are also other ways of putting satellites into orbit) and in some cases, to repair satellites that are already in orbit.
bicycles, space shuttles, airplanes and yo-yos. there are lots of other uses too.
The Constitution changed its name to Enterprise due to letters from Star Trek fans
Rockets, help us today because they can take us to space which is miles away from Earth. We don't use space shuttles today because they use up all their gas really quickly and it takes a long time to get to space by space shuttles so instead of space shuttles we have rockets that help us today to get to space.
All of the space shuttles were built basically the same. The only real difference between the Endeavor and the Columbia was that the Columbia was a little heavier than the Endeavor. There may have also been some different technology on each one since it changed so rapidly.
Pengui
The shuttles we have now are reusable. They come back, are serviced, stuck on top of some more rockets, and go again.
Robot space probes and telescopes
Other than what? There are space shuttles, man- made satellites, rockets...there might be some online. Go on google. Dogpile is bing, google and yahoo combined... I suggest that
