acetaminophen, commonly marketed as "Tylenol"

ibuprofen, commonly marketed as "Advil."

I'm not a doctor, but to the best of my knowledge most narcotics do not contain aspirin or Tylenol. Aspirin, Tylenol, ibuprofen and many other over the counter pain relievers are added to narcotics to contribute to their intended effect (such as Tylenol 3 which is codiene and acetaminophen combined or vicoprofen - vicodin and ibuprofen combined). If you are questioning whether a legal, prescribed narcotic contains any of these ingredients, you should consult your physician. If you are seeking an illegal narcotic without these ingredients, you should be ware...there is no way of knowing what is in any "street" drug. Aspirin, Tylenol and many other easy to obtain OTCs are used as fillers for illegal drugs. Not to mention rat poison, laxatives or acetone (fingernail polish remover).

Above incorrect. Most all pain killers contain acetomenophen(Tylenol) unless you have some sort of liver disease inwhich then the doctor will prescribe lortab and vicodin that are called narco which are aspirin and Tylenol free.Alot of oxycodone and percocets that are the very small pills will not contain it either, but the majority of the larger pain pills do contain Tylenol.

The second answer to this question that claims the the first is incorrect is actual the one that is incorrect. Lortab and Norco both contain acetaminophen. They are a combination of hydrocodone and APAP. There are a few narcotics that do not contain APAP, but they require a special prescription form. You can get oxycodone without APAP, morphine without APAP, and a few others. Thanks for letting me clear up this issue.

none of them are good. They kill the liver and the kidneys. I would use a really good quality omega like omegaxL.
