Which small nonshedding indoor-dog is the best?

Probably the minature schnouzer. they are sweet, small, and very cute. But keep it on a leash cause they WILL get in the road liked any other dog.

Toy poodles and miniature poodles are also worth considering.

There is no truly non-shedding dog--all dogs shed a little, but so do people! There are some that are very low shedders. Of those, I think that the largest is probably the Bouvier de Flandres. Other low-shedding large dogs include the Old English Sheepdog, the Bergamasco, the Komondor, the Giant Schnauzer, and the Standard Poodle.

All dogs shed. Long haired Miniature daschunds don't shed much. And all dogs are good with cats if you introduce them early on. Long haired daschunds actually shed less then wire haired or smooth haired mini daschunds.

A shih tzu is a nice and playful dog that does not shed hair. It only sheds skin dander. If you want a bigger dog then you could go for a labridoodle. It is more off hit or miss with Labridoodles though because some of them shed and others do not. But I think that they have it down to an exact science now. I think a cavalier or a mini golden doodle I have a cavapoo and he is the cutest little nonshedding nicest do ever! He is also a great family pet!
