one i know is camouflage most of the animals start out brown and change to white to blend into the snow A: some more are: short, stalky limbs (conserve heat) a layer of fat called blubber black skin (even if underneath white fur) to soak in as much heat as possible large, flat feet (to walk over the snow and ice)
