What are some of the longest lasting pencil and liquid eyeliners and where can you get them if many of the ones you have tried don't last more than 3 hours before you need to re-apply them?

Stila smudge stick, tarte emphaseyes, and urban decay 24/7 pencil. don't try for liquid eyeliner that doesnt come off cuz its just awlays a mess.
I recently was looking for the same thing, Bobbi Brown, its the best and I also bought the brush to apply it with.

I've been wearing Stila Smudge Stick in plum. It's waterproof, stays on pretty much all day, and has gold sparkly stuff in it to make it fun. The gold sparkly stuff only stays on a few hours, but the plum part lasts and lasts.
