What are some reasons to watch your sodium intake if you have low blood pressure? |
[Edit] |
Answer
Chances are you won't have low blood pressure for much longer if you eat a high sodium diet. Even if you think you are "healthy", salt should be used in moderation because of an increase in water retention and rise in blood pressure which will lead to heart attacks. If you have Heart failure, you should strictly follow doctors advise about sodium.
