The whole Twilight Series is wonderful.
In my opinion the Dead Is series (including Dead is the new black, Dead is so last year, and Dead is a state of mind) has an acute romance but is a great book. And I know it seems dumb but the Twilight series has a great deal of romance in it. Also, like the dead is series Maximum Ride has a small amount of romance but it really plays a key role in the series. Those, I belive are are some of many Romance teen novels.
Vampires are most often found in Gothic Fiction. The best known work is Dracula which is one of the penultimate examples of Gothic Literature. However recently there has been a draw to include Vampires in Romance Novels. Particularly Teen Supernatural Romance Novels.
Romance novels are considered a genre.
Mostly girls (aged 13-17) as boys wouldn't really be interested in romance novels.
