2. Hydrate. You WILL pass out or become very ill if you dont drink enough water.
3. Keep yourself clean, no one wants to stunt with a smelly flyer, base, or backspot.
4. Don't just stretch during practice, stretch at home, and go running as much as you can.
5. Whatever you are working on whether it be tumbling, stunting, or motions, you need to stay tight. Flyers- always be squeezing your booty!
