You want tips to kill yourself? You want tips to help you destroy your muscles, your kidneys, your digestive system and eventually... cause your heart to stop beating? This is what you are asking for when you decide to practice anorexia. This is very dangerous to your body. People have died from this.

First of all, find out if you *really* need to lose weight or do you just think you need to. There is a disorder called "Body Dismorphic Disorder" where people think they are larger than they actually are. Also, are there any physical conditions that contribute to weight gain? You should see a doctor and find out if your weight and height are proportionate, or go to http://medcalc.com/growth/chart.php . This site has a good growth chart wherein you can plug in your height, weight and age, and it will tell you whether or not your BMI is above or below the average for your ageand stature. After you log onto the page, fill in your age, ht, wt, and gender. There are little drop-down buttons to change kilograms to pounds...all you have to do is click on it. Anyway, after you do this, look further down and you will see options for the type of growth chart you want. The easiest to read is "BMI for age". Click on that one, then click on the button that says "Create Growth Chart". It will open a page with the chart on it and there will be a little red dot on it. That will indicate if you are over the 50th percentile of people or under, or average. If you're a little over, don't worry about that because this chart does not take into account whether or not people are "big-boned".

If you actually do need to lose some weight, *please* do not start starving yourself. There is nothing attractive about a sick person and anorexia is a sickness. It is much healthier to lose weight by eating a balanced diet and getting some healthy exercise. You will live a longer happier life doing that than by starving yourself and thereby running the risk of a heart attack, kidney failure and least of all, early skin wrinkles. It's literally "murder" on your skin because it depletes all the collogen from under your skin and your skin starts to wrinkle and sag. Not pretty!
