I write it down on my my hand, & then even if I do forget its on my hand. When its on your hand you look at it a lot & memorize it.
If that doesnt work for you, try making a song out of the info. A rhyming one would work best.
What I do when I have trouble memorizing is I break down whatever I am memorizing into little sentences and than I write the sentences on a piece of paper and read it over and over until I say it without looking at it and do that until whatever I have to memorize is done and I can say it perfectly. I used to memorize bits and pieces of books and such. But I only did that when I was a kid.
