If you eat slow for 15 minutes and chew each bite until it feels like baby food, you'll lose weight fast. The problem is - unless it a very sift food, it takes at least 25 or more chews to make each bite feel that way. You'll get bored and stop doing it. You have to watch the clock and stop eating after 15 minutes. Don't worry, your brain will think you're full and you won't feel hungry.
