Masturbation is normal -- probably 95% of guys (and most girls) do it. It won't make you go blind, or grow hair on your palms, or any of that.

Sex is wonderful: it's what humans are designed to do. But sex should be responsible -- know what you're doing, what the consequences may be, and be ready to deal with them. Sex should be "consensual" -- meaning that both of you want to have sex, and that both of you understand that "no means no", even if "no" happens in the middle of things. No seduction, no pressure, no force. And sex should be equitable: it's supposed to be fun for both of you. If it isn't you're doing something wrong.

And Porn is porn: it's make-believe. The real world isn't like that, real people aren't like that, and most of the time real sex isn't like that! Porn is just as fake as Star Wars.
