What should you think about when shopping for a computer to use in college?

This is completely subjective to the course you are taking.
If you are intending to simply hammer out essays on word you could buy a really cheap second hand one, however; if you doing an engineering course or games design course you will probably provided with some relatively intense programs and should invest in a higher spec computer.
Laptop/Notebook? Definately I'd suggest a Compaq Presario, Still haven't been unimpressed, Cheap, Simple... And can fit a game or two on as well. =D

∙ 6y agoFor most purposes, a basic computer works quite well - for instance, a laptop that costs around 400 US-dollars (in 2017). At a minimum, I would recommend 500 GB hard disk space, 4 GB RAM, and an Intel i3 processor (or equivalent, from another brand). If you need the computer for stuff that is particularly demanding, as may be the case in some engineering careers, consult with people from your career about minimum requirements.

Online shopping means shopping on the internet which a person would also need an electron devise such as a computer to get on the internet. E shopping is e-commerce and is basically the thing as online shopping.
