Abdominal pain that sometimes goes to the back, nausea, black tarry stools, blood in the stool.

If eating or ant-acids make it better then it may be worthwhile to try some over the counter Zantac or Prilosec for a short period. If you have any of the above, it wakes you up at night, gets worse with eating, is severe, or doe snot resolve with over the counter meds then you should see you doctor.
