What are the 5 stages of the grieving process?

Answer:

1. Denial and Isolation: we deny the loss had taken place, and my with draw from our usual social contacts. This may last a few months or longer.

2. Anger: The greving person may be angry at the person who caused the heart (even if they are dead), or at the world for letting it happen. He may be mad at himself for letting it happen. Even if there was nothing he could do to stop it.

3.Barganing: The greving person will make bargens with God.

4. Depression: The person feels numb, even though anger and sadness remain underneith.

5. Acceptance: This is when anger, morning and sadness are gone. And the person accepts the reality of the loss.
