everybody. My name's othman. I'm from Morroco.

In my opinion, I think that trakcing students is very important in education. It's a good way both for students and teachers to facilitate learning. Trakcing students can encourage students to participate in class and separate them from intimidation. And than teachers explain better lessons toward the specific level ability of students in each group.

However, every group should have good leader, should also have weak and good students in order to share ideas and activity, and also to activate weak pupils.

Advantages

You get to know the child well.

It enables you to gain an insight into the uniqueness of the child.

It allows you to obtain a better understanding of the 'norms ' of development.

It enables you to chart development changes over a period of time.

As the study is over a period of time you may uncover an area of concern, this mayenable you to ensure help/guidance is offered earlier than otherwise have been.

Disadvantages

The child may be absent from the setting for a long period of time or leave the setting. (It is therefore recommended that you start the study with two children.)

Objective observations may upset parent/carer.

If a child's behavior or development proves to be a typical (not typical) this may give a distorted view of normal behavior and developmental norms.

Issues around confidentiality may be raised, as it may be easy for others to identify the child.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of a tracking observation in childcare?

The disadvantages of using tracking sheets or flow charts when observing children are that you are unable to interact and so you are unable to give a detailed description of their movements within reference to fine and gross motor skills, you are also unable to note other developmental milestones such as emotional development and intellectual development. Alongside this, this method can be very messy as arrows or lines go everywhere and the method needs to be pre-planned and so is not specific.

What are Disadvantage of stack?

A stack is a LIFO (last-in, first-out) data structure such that only the top-most element is accessible and all new elements are pushed onto the top (analogous to a stack of plates). Stacks are advantageous when implementing a back-tracking algorithm but are ultimately useless for anything else. However, this is not a disadvantage. If you're not implementing a back-tracking algorithm then the problem is not the stack itself it is the fact that you are using the wrong type of container for your algorithm.
