What are the Catch-all categories on WikiAnswers?

When you come across questions that have no place in WikiAnswers, there is a place where we store them. The button to your left marked "trash" will access a menu for all the current categories that are available to supervisors in which to put these questions. If in doubt about which of the categories to use, be safe and put it in the "trash completely" category. Should there be a question about it, the supervisor of that category will move it.

Why shouldn't the inappropriate questions be deleted instead of merged into a protected category? The reason we collect them in one place is so that subsequent people who asked that question will be routed to an appropriate answer. If the alternate wordings are deleted then when they are asked again they will become separate unprotected questions. At that point, until a supervisor catches it and merges it again (added work for the supervisor) the new question could be answered with objectionable or harmful information!

Merge questions asking for e-mail address (Hotmail, Yahoo, MSN, etc. both private and public) and instant message IDs in this one, answer it with the official fan club email address of the celebrity (if there even is one), and provide related question to the fan mail address please. If official e-mail address not known answer "No fan e-mail address is known for [celebrity name] at this time."


What is (celebrity name)'s official fan phone number?
Merge questions asking for phone number and cell number of celebrities into that celebrity's fan phone number question, answer with the disclaimer that "No fan line is known for [celebrity name]", but if you find a SayNow.com page or a page on the celebrity's official website listing a fan line please add a related link to it.


What is (celebrity full name)'s official fan MySpace?
Merge questions asking for personal, private, public, official, etc. MySpace accounts of celebrities.

Where can you find pictures of (celebrity name)?

Legitimate requests about fan images belong in the celebrity name question. Merge questions asking about nude pictures or otherwise inappropriate (i.e. autopsy photos of dead celebrities) photos of celebrities into the trash.

Merge questions asking whether the celebrity is gay, lesbian, or bisexual.
