To be placed under endless,minute by minute stress in an organisation that has no policy to deal with it. Unachievable targets,constant pressure to reduce call times & be absolutely perfect for every minute of every day. Being rollocked for coming back from a break 15 seconds late,yes I said 15 SECONDS. Usually run by an excess of Managers being paid twice as much to produce zilch - their only job to keep the pressure dial turned up to maximum. To sum up it is the job from hell,a regime & a dusgraceful way to treat human beings....is that enough to be going on with!?
