Members must exhibit high standards of character and use of WikiAnswers. Members must follow the Guidelines and TOU for WikiAnswers and the Group. This includes: Showing respect to others in words and actions No bullying or flaming (hostile or insulting behavior) No use of profanity, obscenities, or hateful or anti-remarks (religious, racial, sexual-preference, etc) in user names, answers, or elsewhere Sexual advances will NOT be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the group and being blocked permanently from WikiAnswers. Personal information, including phone numbers, physical addresses, real names of friends or others, name of schools, etc. is discouraged and will be removed if it is posted. WikiAnswers Guidelines must be followed including: * Answers must answer the question and not contain "i dunno," "yo mama," or similar comments * Answers must be posted using proper English grammar, capitalization, spelling, and punctuation. Text language and other abbreviated form of communication are not allowed. * Spam, advertising, and vandalism are not allowed. * Links are not allowed in answers, but may be posted in "Related Links" as long as the page they link to helps to answer the question. * Signing answers and leaving remarks such as "hope this helps" or "good luck" are not allowed. We believe that each person has to accept responsibility for their own actions, but that everyone makes mistakes and needs to be given every opportunity to improve. We employ a three-strikes policy for knowingly breaking the Guidelines in line with that philosophy. First Offense - Reminder and explanation of what Guideline was not followed, as well as discussing ways to improve. Second Offense - Warning and possible time-out from group activities, discussion of how to improve and why the Guideline is important. Third Offense - Review of overall participation, discussion of the Guidelines, and possible termination from the group. The following actions are not tolerated and are grounds for immediate termination from WIT and being blocked from WikiAnswers: Profanity, obscenities, sexual advances, bullying, flaming, and racist posts and remarks, as well as vandalism of any sort.
