I'm not sure if this is what you want -

The United Kingdom as a political entity spans two principle islands. Great Britain and part of the island of Ireland.

The island of Great Britain comprises England, mainland Scotland and Wales

The part of Ireland that is part of the UK is known as Northern Ireland.

A number of other smaller islands also form part of the UK. The largest of these include Lewis, Skye and various other islands off the west coast of Scotland, Holy Island of the coast of Wales and the Isle of Wight of the south coast of England. Numerous smaller islands and archipelagos are also present from Shetland in the far north, to the Channel Islands in the South.

The Isle of Man, a large island between Great Britain and Ireland is not strictly speaking a part of the United Kingdom, being a Crown Dependency.
