Sex can be done in many forms, but generally it is penetration into an orifice in some shape or form. The only exception to this is that of tantric, which it more of a meditative form. The result is not the same for every person. Some experience a euphoric state, some experience mild to little sensation, some even have the opposite happen, where the person actually feels excruciating pain(however that is a disorder all on its own)
