What are the WikiReviewers?

Answer:
The WikiReviewers is a quality control group here on WikiAnswers. We are accepting regular users and supervisors alike. The group's main goal is to improve the quality of the site's content. The WikiReviewers takes questions and answers that are already on the site and making them better! Some answers are full of useful information, but can use a little help with spelling or grammar. Other answers have been added to so many times, they could use a little pulling together. Then there are the old unanswered questions that have fallen in between the cracks. They are pulled out, dusted off, and given the full treatment.

The WikiReviewers is divided into subgroups. This list will also tell more about what the group does.

Literary Editors - The Literary Editors' main job be to will find and confirm plagiarism. They will then add resources or do rewrites.

Copy Editors - The copy editors will work on spelling and grammar across the site. They will clarify answers, and balance out one-sided or skewed statements.

Archive Researchers - Archive researchers will tackle questions that have sat unanswered for long periods of time. Some of these will be more difficult questions, and will need some looking up. They may recommend some of the more interesting selections for the featured questions list.

Editors at Large - Editors at Large will scan the site for problem areas and potential projects. They will also do a little bit of each of the jobs from the other groups, without specializing in one.

The team is looking for registered users, in good standing, to work on a variety of editing projects. The team members will need to have solid skills in writing, spelling, grammar, and there is a short application quiz. Due to COPPA laws, we can only accept users over the age of 12 at this time. You also will need to have 20 quality answers in your history.

If you are interested joining the team, please fill out the WikiReviewers New Member Application at the related link below.
