Answer:
They have many! They have non-retractable claws for traction when running. Because their claws aren't designed for gripping, they can't climb well. They have long tails (that are kind of flat at the end!) for balance in quick turns. The head is small and aerodynamic; they have extra large nostrils and hearts for providing their bodies with enough oxygen at high speeds. Because of how much space is taken up in the skull by the nostrils, they actually don't have a lot of space for big teeth or large jaw muscles, so they're bite strength isn't as strong as other cats like lions and leopards. They hunt later in the morning and earlier in the evening than other large predators so they don't have to compete for food. Because of that, they have black stripes down their noses to reduce the glare of the sun, like built-in eye black. Even their spine is extra flexible to allow a greater range of motion and can power them through 23-foot strides at their top speed! This is an animal that Mother Nature designed solely for speed. They even have adaptations as cubs: they're born with a scruffy mane or mantle that makes them look like honey badgers. Honey Badgers are aggressive and tough to kill, so larger predators like lions won't mess with them. They're truly incredible animals!
