advantages:
· It would let you know that you weren't being married just for your money
· It would protect your assets
· divorce, if obtained would be less complicated with the prenuptial agreement
· It would also protect the other party and their assets if they gained anything in the marriage
Disadvantages include resentment, it's not romantic, and hurtful to one party because the other party thinks that you are just trying to marry them beucase they have money.
