Disadvantages: Using drugs can also be bad. If you use too much prescription drugs, there are a lot of side effects that you can get that may be worse than the original illness. Also, if you depend too much on prescription drugs, you may become addicted to them, as well as making your immune system more prone to sicknesses since it will always depend on those drugs instead of actually fighting off germs by itself.

So, prescription drugs are good, but try not to use them a lot. Sometimes, you should endure through that cold and just have a lot of vitamins, which are like nature's prescription drugs.
