I won't answer this question directly, but every puzzle has a clue if you can see it. Often you can get help from outside the Animus (by a button showing "Advice" after a certain period of inactivity). Some of the clues are very tricky, but once solved, chances are you will slap your forehead and say "D'oh! Should have seen that one easily." Other puzzles such as locating very obscure glyphs in images just take patience and need to be thoroughly examined.
Now, the glyph wheel puzzles start off pretty simple, but only if you notice the tiny and hard to spot clue somewhere on the screen. As the puzzles get harder, the clues are more vague and require a little more deduction.
Then again, you could always Google the particular puzzle you can't get past and enter it without figuring it out yourself, but that defies your need to show how resourceful your mind can be.

Find all 20 glyph files and solve the puzzles to unlock the files.
