I think you are talking about it's internal resistance or it's ability to supply a current to a load without significant drop in voltage.

Experiment to find EMF of unknown cell

The 1 Metre scaled potentiometer is placed across a cell of known EMF and the 'jockey' or slider connected to one terminal of a galvanometer. The second cell is wired with similar polarity to the first cell and connected from the other side of the galvo to the common negative terminal of the two cells.

The slider of the potentiometer is progressively moved up from zero until the galvo shows no current. The EMF of the unknown cell is now a direct proportion to the reading in cm read of the metre scale.

Example

If the known cell has EMF of 3 volts and the galvo balances at 50cm then the unknown cell has EMF of1.5Volts

Dry cells used in flashlights have a fairly high internal resistance whereas a Lead acid car cell has a very low internal resistance allowing the starter motor to draw hundreds of Amperes without volt drop.

What are some commonly used help desk applications?

There are a lot of different help desk applications out there. Mainly all of them seem to do the job. Some of the most popular help desk applications are ZenDesk, SysAid. It is good to do a search for yourself and try out the different applications. Most help desk programs have free trials so try out each one and see which application works best for you.

Can a potentiometer detect angle?

Yes, but you need a circuit (a PLC may be of help) to convert the potentiometer output (say 0 V to Vmax) into angles. A conventional potentiometer (linear) powered by a constant voltage power supply will work for angles from 0 to 90 degrees, since the voltage you get will be proportional to the angle sinus, starting from zero up to Vmax @ 90 degrees. For angles from 0 to 180 degrees (or -90... 0... +90 degrees) it will be easier with two power supplies connected in series taking the middle point as zero (Volts). Positive voltages from the potentiometer cursor against zero will be obtained for positive angles and negative voltages for negative angles, but you might need a 360 degrees or multiturn potentiometer. There is the basic idea, the rest is yours...

How do you compare and contrast red blood cells and the water cycle?

It would be that cells are an organ and a water cycle is an everyday cycle. Basically something we use everyday! These things are totally different but when your comparing the similarities would be that both things are something that animals need, which includes humans. Humans are animals. Hope I could help!! :)
