There are two main aspects to Management. Operational and Entrepreneurial. (with all management positions falling into one of these categories)
Operational Management deals with the aspect of a business or company on the day-to-day side of things. Made to keep a business or organization "body" running smoothly.
Entrepreneurial Management deals with Risk-Taking, and making the decisions that will affect the future of the business. -as you may tell, this is the higher form of management, but also the most 'thin-iced' as well.-
