It's more benefiting to them than to us nurses. We get the benefit, of knowing everyday we have provided care to someone so little and precious and have shown them they are loved. But it takes someone that has a heart and love for children everyone isn't made to be a pediatric nurse. Pediactric nurses are special nurses to give such outstanding care to our next generation. To see love and hope in a child's eyes in there desperate time of need is priceless. That's your benefit.
