Dark dull surfaces are the best absorbers of heat. Light shiny ones aren't because they reflect heat and don't absorb as much because they are bright.
well, i believe Co2 (carbon dioxide) and H2o (water) are the best absorbers of infrared radiation my young grass hopper. Beast
a black body can absorb any type of radiation . it is the best absorber for any type of radiation than any other material .
Dark matt surfaces absorb heat radiation falling on them much better than bright glossy surfaces, such as gloss white or silver. They also emit much more heat radiation (at any given temp.)
A black surface, indicating the surface is not reflective -- all lights are being absorbed -- visible or invisible.
