In order to find the absolute best enviromental schools, I might suggest going to www.abet.org. It is the American Board for Engineering and Techology. From that website you'll be able to find the schools that are ACCREDITED by ABET. From there you can probably narrow down your search a little and even still look around for the "best" schools for environmental engineering.
