Well, you can watch the fountains at the Belligo. That is apporite for all ages. There is also a lion habtait that is free at the MGM grand. There is a volcano at the Mirage that erupts. It is closed now but will open back up in August I think. If you want more things, I am sure you can find some more free-family freindly things to do on websites.
