It's basically a ten-to-one ratio. A large egg has six and one-quarter grams of protein and six-tenths of one gram of carbohydrate. I don't see any reference to eggs as either simple or complex carbohydrates

The carbohydrate amount in a certain food depends on several factors. For example if it's a product that comes from an animal the food which this animal has consume will affect the content the same goes with the soil which plants have grown on.You should always read the nutritionlabels. But by generalizing you can count than an egg contain 1.5g/100g. This is about 0.75-0.9g per egg (50-60g).
