What are the Catholic teachings on divorce and remarriage?

Answer:

The Catholic Church and many if not all protestant churches follow the teaching in(Mark 10.1-12) in the bible.

It teaches that you may only divorce if your partner is unfaithful to you and commits adultery (Intercourse with another man).

Look at (Mark 10.1-12) for complete details.

Details:

-Moses only allowed permission to divorce because the Israelites were too hard to teach but it wasn't supposed to be liek that.

-Some people do not marry to dedicate themselves more to God.

-When a man and a woman marries, they become one.
